Hardness Stabilization in the Brewery

 

In spring 1997, a penac-kat had been installed on the main water inlet of a brewery. Consequently, they confirmed numerous changes:

 

Lime in the water

 

Better beer

 

Since the kat was applied shortly after the opening of the brewery, these results could not be compared with previous data. However, the brewery as well as their customers are very happy and they are not prepared to run the brewery without the penac-kat anymore.
