Special penac-t for horses feed supplement: its influences in regards to work performance and condition of health – Stud Farm Sartai

Location:

Stud Farm Sartai, in the Zarasai District, Lithuania

Duration:

June to September 1999.

Trial groups
Two comparable groups (in regards to: age, weight, nutrition and extent to which they can be exerted) of 10 animals. Same feeding and housing conditions.

Trial group gets special penac-t for horses in the following quantity:

The total weight of the horses with penac-t in the feed increased during trial period about 160kg altogether. The weight of the horses in the control group decreased about 20kg.

During the trial, the horses in the penac-t group showed more endurance, a larger appetite, joints strengthened and they developed a shinier coat.

10 horses from the trial group participated in races, 7 of these improved their best times.

During the trial period the penac-t group showed the following changes:

Improved health condition
Reduced veterinary costs
The blood tests showed increased quantities of calcium, phosphorus and raw protein.

Furthermore, the horse "Komfortas" had no more problems in the hoof joint area.

The feed supplement penac-t showed positives effect in

Increased resistance of limbs, sinews, joints, muscles

The feed supplement penac-t must be given continuously. During competition and strenuous training special penac-t for horses must be administered.
